Everyone here is extremely friendly. I came in to get my tires balanced, and before I started, I told them to keep the markings on my tires since I was going to do the replacement myself. They agreed, but after they told me the balancing was done, I noticed the markings on the rims were gone. When I asked about it, they apologized and offered to replace the tires for me at a discount, which I gladly accepted. The process of replacing the summer tires was very professional: they used diagonal fixing bolts and torque wrenches to tighten them according to the standard torque, and they filled the tires to the vehicle's recommended pressure. Only three of my four tires had tire bags, so they also gave me a free one. These details made me want to come back here again in the future.👍😀

I had a great experience with Sammy’s Auto. After my dealership quoted me an outrageous price and a lengthy wait for a condenser replacement, I decided to try Sammy’s instead. The repair cost about half as much and was completed far sooner than the dealership had indicated. The parts arrived within 48 hours, and the work was done in less than 12 hours. The service was professional, efficient, and straightforward. I’ll definitely be returning to Sammy’s for future repairs and maintenance.

The service here was excellent. I had 2 wheel bearings that were absolutely shot, so I called in the morning with no appointment or anything, they said to bring it over and they will look at it. Not only did they manage to have the parts on hand (which for my 1998 Maxima is quite rare these days) but they were able to fit me in the same day. They not only replaced the bearings, but straightened out the dust shield and bled the brakes free of charge. The work was a fair price, and after some aggressive testing in a parking lot I can say the quality of the work was high.
